Bilingual Customer Support
Provide chat and email support, respond to inquiries, assist with basic troubleshooting, and escalate issues where appropriate.
What You'll Be Doing:
- Handle tickets using helpdesk tools
- Reference knowledge bases and macros
- Log interactions and resolutions
- Flag recurring issues for improvement
What We’re Looking For:
- Strong writing skills
- Experience with Zendesk, Freshdesk, or similar
- Friendly tone and consistent responsiveness
